What these terms cover

These are the terms for using this website, run by Wallburg Mulch Worx LLC of 2091 Wallburg-High Point Rd, High Point, North Carolina 27265. By using the site you accept them.

Prices on this website

We publish our prices, and that only works if you know what the numbers mean.

• Bulk material prices on this site are starting prices. What you pay depends on the kind you choose, and we confirm it when you order.
• Prices can change. Material costs move and the board in the yard moves with them.
• The price that applies is the one in force when you place your order, not the one you saw last month.
• Bulk material is sold by the cubic yard. Bagged goods and bales are sold each.
• Every price is before sales tax, and delivery is charged separately.

Our yard board states the payment terms as follows, and this website repeats them unchanged:

Cash carries no processing fee. If a price here and the board in the yard disagree, tell us and the correct current price applies.

Placing an order

Sending the form or leaving a message starts a conversation. It is not a confirmed order. An order exists once we have spoken to you and confirmed what you are getting, when, and what it will cost.

We may not be able to take an order if the material is not in stock, the address is outside where we deliver, or we cannot get a truck there safely. If that happens we will tell you rather than take the booking.

Collection and delivery

Delivery is priced by distance from the yard, in bands published on the prices page. Which band applies comes from the address, not the town.

Everything else about a delivery is agreed when you order it and is set out in your order confirmation. That includes where the load is tipped, what access the truck needs, who has to be there and what happens if something changes on the day.

Using this website

The text, photographs and layout on this site belong to Wallburg Mulch Worx LLC. You are welcome to read it, print it and share a link to it. Please do not copy it onto another website, scrape it, or use our name or photographs to sell something.

Do not try to break the site, get into parts of it that are not public, or use it to send anything unlawful.

Links to other websites

This site links out to Google Maps and to our own pages on Facebook, Instagram and Google. Those are run by other companies under their own terms, and we are not responsible for what they do or what they show.

If something here is wrong

We keep this site accurate and check the prices against the yard board. Even so, a typo or an out of date figure can slip through. Nothing on this site is a binding offer, and if there is an obvious error we are not required to honor it.

Tell us and we will fix it. The current price at the yard is the one that counts.

What we are responsible for

We take responsibility for what we sell you and how we deliver it, on the terms agreed in your order confirmation.

We are not responsible for what you do with material after it leaves us, for work carried out by somebody else, or for losses caused by something outside our control such as weather, road closures or supply problems.

Nothing in these terms limits any responsibility that cannot lawfully be limited.

North Carolina law

These terms are governed by the law of the State of North Carolina. Any dispute about this website or these terms will be dealt with by the courts of North Carolina.

If any part of these terms turns out not to apply, the rest still does.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on this page is the one that applies, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed.
