Who we are

Wallburg Mulch Worx LLC is a bulk landscape materials yard at 2091 Wallburg-High Point Rd, High Point, North Carolina 27265. We sell mulch, stone, soil, sand and related goods, either collected from the yard or delivered.

This policy covers this website. It does not cover anything you do on Google, Facebook or Instagram.

What we collect

Only what you type into the contact form and send us:

• Your name
• Your phone number and email address
• The delivery address, if you are asking for a delivery
• What material you want, roughly how much, and when
• Anything else you choose to write in the message box

If you call or email instead, we have whatever you tell us. There’s no account to create, no login, and we don’t take payment on this website.

What we do not do

We do not sell your details, rent them, or hand them to anyone for marketing. We do not add you to a mailing list for asking about a price.

Cookies and embedded content

This website sets no cookies of its own. Two things on it come from other companies, and they behave differently:

The map

There is a Google map on the home page. It loads with the page, and when it does, Google may set cookies and see your IP address. That is Google’s doing, not ours, and it is covered by Google’s own privacy policy.

The video

The yard video is a Facebook player. It does not load until you press play. Until you do, Facebook receives nothing from your visit. Press play and Facebook may set cookies and see your IP address, under their policy.

Where your details go

A form submission is emailed to the yard so somebody can call you back. It is not published, posted anywhere public, or passed to a third party.

Our website is hosted by WP Engine, which means their servers handle the page you are reading and any form submission passing through it.

How long we keep them

We keep a request for as long as it is useful, which usually means while the job is live and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back. Records tied to an actual sale are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require.

Ask us to delete your details and we will, unless we are required to keep something for those reasons.

You can also block or clear cookies in your own browser, which will stop the map and the video setting them.

North Carolina

We are a North Carolina business and this policy is written for North Carolina. The state does not have a general consumer privacy law of the kind California and some other states have, so there is no separate rights section here pretending otherwise.

North Carolina does require businesses to notify people if personal information is exposed in a security breach. If that ever happened, we would tell you.

Children

This site is for people buying landscape materials. It is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under thirteen. If you think we have, tell us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change how any of this works, we will update this page and change the date at the top. The version on this page is the one that applies.
